Refund Policy

At Kaliyahs Kloset we pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In order to maintain these standards, we have implemented the following No Refund/Return Policy:

1. No Refunds/Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on any items purchased in-store or online, including sale and discounted items.

2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or store credit if the item is deemed defective.

3. Exceptions: In certain cases, we may offer store credit or an exchange for unworn, unused items with original tags intact and packaging in place. This exception is made at the discretion of management and must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

4. Custom and Special Orders: Custom-made or special order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

5. Final Sale Items: All items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

6. Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded and must be treated as cash.
